The result is caviar with unmatched freshness and the utmost quality. The beads are medium to large with color ranging from dark brown to amber. This osetra is pleasingly firm with a flavor that is nutty and rich with buttery undertones.

Marshallberg Farm exceeds U.S. health and safety standards and there are no hormones or
antibiotics. Recycling 95% of their water using a Recirculating Aquaculture System, Marshallberg Farm preserves Osetra sturgeon as well as the environment.
